1. What data do we collect?
We process the data you send us through the forms on this website – your name, your email address and the text of your enquiry or the description of the process you want to automate. Alongside that, technical data necessary for running the website and preventing spam.
2. What do we use your data for?
We use the information to contact you back based on your enquiry, to arrange a meeting, or to send you information about deploying the Aiviro robot in your company. We never sell your personal contact details or provide them to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Who do we share data with?
Form data travels over an encrypted connection by email into our company Google Workspace. If you subscribe to the newsletter, the Brevo service also processes your email address and sends the subscription confirmation. The text you enter into the process assessment form is evaluated by the Google Gemini API. The website itself runs on Vercel infrastructure. The full list of processors is in the document above.
4. Cookies and analytics
On the production website we measure traffic using Google Analytics 4. Measurement only starts after your consent in the cookie banner – until then consent is set to “denied” and no analytics or advertising cookies are stored. Your consent is saved in your browser; you can change it by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing and to data portability. You can ask us at any time, in person or by email, to delete your email history and your contact details from our systems – we will comply without delay.
